Canada welcomes you with open arms.<\/strong> The country is one of the world\u2019s most multicultural, with excellent schools and a growing economy full of opportunities. Canadian public high schools offer an incredible range of specialty subjects and activities.
 
Do you want to pursue sports<\/strong> at an advanced level? Compete on a world-class robotics team? Debate in a model UN? Act or direct in a student theatre production? You can choose from a whole range of specialized sports teams, arts clubs, theatre, social justice and leadership groups, in addition to a top-notch curriculum in sciences, math, English and the humanities. 
  
Many Canadian public high schools<\/strong> also offer the International Baccalaureate program, STEM programs, Sports or Dance Academies, French Immersion and focused concentrations in subjects ranging from multimedia, communications, health and wellness, business, the environment and more. 

Many schools also offer <\/strong>special support to international students who want to improve their English quickly through English as a Second Language (ESL) courses that they attend while in addition to their classes with Canadian students. International students are welcome at Canadian public schools on a study visa which can last multiple years. <\/p>
