Our portfolio includes more than 350 prestigious high schools, each carefully selected based on our experience with what international students value. We’ve been partnering with high schools in the USA and worldwide for 20 years. By collaborating with our schools throughout each student's lifecycle, we ensure that students are prepared and happy with their choices. While the schools focus on academic excellence, Educatius takes care of the rest.
The Toronto District School Board (TDSB) is the English education school board for the city of Toronto. As the fourth-largest school board in North America, it is home to a number of high-performing high schools with numerous Specialist High Skills Major (SHSM) programs, French Immersion programs, and AP courses.
FACILITIES
Facilities vary from school to school, but state-of-the-art classrooms are consistent throughout the district. Most schools have on-site athletic facilities as well, including playing fields and outdoor running tracks.
SPORTS AND ARTS
There are plenty of athletic opportunities for students to engage in throughout the three athletic seasons. There are plenty of mainstream sports such as hockey, soccer, and track and field, as well as more unique sports, like dragon boat racing and ultimate frisbee.
The district also has a variety of fine and performing arts. Fine arts examples include ceramics, photography, and painting, while performing arts include band, chorus, and theatre.
AWARDS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS
TDSB’s high schools have received an extensive amount of recognition for academic, athletic, and extracurricular excellence. Dr. Norman Bethune Collegiate Institute has a very strong business program, and has represented Canada at the DECA International Business Competitions, winning first place in 2009.
