So much more than a USA Vacation!
Students can experience a fun and enriching short-term stay in the USA – immersing themselves in the culture while exploring their communities. You will be learning and having so much fun you won’t even notice how much your English will improve! There are many types of programs available from individual to groups, eco-tours or NASA space camps, Mini High school or Academic adventure, sports camps and much more. Many students are eligible to come without a tourist visa–depending on their nationality.
Edventours is a short-term programs division of the Educatius Group. They focus on individual and group programs to and from the U.S. under three months so that participants don’t need a student visa and can travel as tourists. Edventours shares the headquarters with Educatius USA in Boston, MA.

- Application Deadline: 2-3 months prior to the preferred arrival date.
- Visa Information: Students may not need a tourist visa to enter the U.S. depending on nationality or could travel with a valid ESTA (visa waiver program countries include EU and Schengen zone, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Chile, Japan, Singapore, South Korea). Visa support paperwork will be provided to those students who need it.

Host Family Immersion
This program is for independent students looking to stay for 2-10 weeks in the USA with a caring host family. There is no formal schedule of activities to keep the program cost low, just the freedom to enjoy what the USA has to offer and participate in the daily life of an American family with the support of the local coordinator. Students should be mature enough and confident in their English to explore on their own. California, Florida, and Boston metro are available as a Regional Guarantee for a fee. Program is available year-round.
Save the Planet Eco-Groups
Explore the USA as part of a group on an educational 3-week program in sunny Florida, golden California, awe-inspiring Utah, or magnificent Arizona! Students travel as part of the organized tour and learn about the conservation efforts at their destination, while staying with local host families. Students will visit national and state parks, meet with park rangers, visit local university’s Environmental Science departments and learn how climate change and humanity affect life on the planet and what they can do to help and get involved. They will also see the top state attractions and make lifelong friends!
NASA Space Camps in Florida, Alabama or Texas
This is a one-of-a-kind 7 or 10- day program that is designed for students who are curious about space and would like to train as real Astronauts or Mission control officers and have an impressive accomplishment to put on their college application. The program provides an inspiring and solid foundation for many fields in the aerospace industry and lets the students build connections and memories to last a lifetime. With daily workshops and trainings, the students experience the week as NASA astronauts, engineers and scientists, practicing on micro-gravity simulators, launching and landing mars rovers, working in the flight capsule or mission control, or tackling engineering and scientific challenges in the lab. Host family or residence stay is available depending on the location.
Business Tech Seattle
This unique program focuses on “learning from the best” by visiting the world’s major corporations that are concentrated in the U.S. “Tech Silicon Valley” – Seattle, Washington. The students will visit the headquarters of Microsoft, Amazon, Google WA, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, meet with the companies’ representatives to learn about their history and innovations. Students will stay with American host families and will make lifelong friends in addition to learning about American business and touring the major attractions of Seattle. This program will inspire students to learn more about the business world and give them possible career paths for the tech giants visited.
California Mini-High School and Academic Adventure Program
California Mini High School Group Program gives students a unique chance to come as a group and attend a local high school in the Los Angeles suburb daily for 2 or 3 weeks during the school year to get a first-hand experience of the American teen life. Guidance counselors will help students with their class selection and will invite them to try sports or extracurricular activities available at the time. Staying with local host families will allow everyone to share their family traditions and make lifelong friendships. Academic Adventure Program is available for individual students who are interested to study at the partner Americal High schools in select states for 1 or 2 months, while staying with the host family.
Washington DC – Boston Leadership Program
This amazing 3-week program brings students to two most important American cities, Washington DC and Boston, to experience the U.S. government in action and put an impressive accomplishment on their college application. During the 5-day stay in the U.S. Capital, students will attend a 70-year’s old leadership program endorsed by President Clinton and George Bush Jr. Students will meet American senators and congressmen, visit the U.S. Supreme Court and Library of Congress, explore DC national monuments and learn about the country’s top policies. After DC, the students will head to Boston to tour Harvard & MIT campuses, visit Boston top sites and learn about the birthplace of the nation.
