Founded in 1804, Wilbraham and Monson Academy is placed on a traditional New England campus and offers innovative curriculum such as a fashion design program, the Center for Entrepreneurship, Economics & Finance with a simulated Financial Trading Center, and a brand new STEM and Innovation space - the iLab.
FACILITIES
School facilities include classrooms, science and innovation laboratories, a financial trading floor, a library, lecture halls, computer labs, a gymnasium, an indoor pool, a weight training room, a dance studio with lockers, outdoor stadiums, and campus-wide internet coverage.
SPORTS AND ARTS
Students participate in three seasons of after-school activities through the school’s Afternoon Program. The school’s varsity teams such as basketball consistently takes home titles and championships and alumni matriculate to top collegiate programs.
WMA’s unique fashion program offers students the chance to experience all facets of the global fashion industry with a specially designed program of coursework.
DORMITORIES AND STUDENT LIFE
Wilbraham’s three large dormitories accommodate two students per room. Students have access to phones and internet connection. The school has many annual traditions such as the Color Run, a Slip ‘n’ Slide day, Fall Fest, and a Spring Fling.
