SCHOOLS AND ACADEMIES
Located in Quebec, Eastern Townships educates 12,000 students over 37 schools. Their schools are fully equipped with facilities that allow for a range of programs, including International Baccalaureate (IB), concentrations in Sciences, the Arts and Sports, as well regular or enriched English and French Immersion academic programs. Eastern Townships schools also provide students with opportunities to participate in a variety of extra-curricular clubs (robotics, journalism, band, drama, etc.), sports teams and travel.

SPORTS AND ARTS
Eastern Townships runs a Sports Concentration program allowing students with an interest in sports to pursue this whilst studying. Students can choose between soccer, basketball, badminton, swimming, and hockey - either focusing on one sport or switching sports each term,
In their spare time, students with an interest in downhill skiing with five resorts available in the Eastern Townships area. Students can also spend time figure skating, swimming or even doing gymnastics.
Students with interest in Fine Arts can enrich their programs by taking part in the fine art concentrations which are available in both Visual Arts, and Performing Arts allowing students to explore both performance and more traditional art mediums.

COMMUNITY INFORMATION
Surrounded by lakes and mountains, Eastern Township schools are situated in suburban environments that offer safe and secure learning environments. Yet, they are in very close proximity to the city of Montreal, often referred to as "Canada’s Cultural Capital" meaning that students have the option of enjoying both a smaller rural town and the excitement of a big city.
