School and Academics
Poggio Imperiale is a prestigious state school located in Florence, Italy, with a long history dating back to its founding in 1823 by Italian aristocrats. The school offers a strong academic curriculum that follows Italy's national education system with options for Science High School and Linguistic High School pathways.
Facilities
Housed in the historic Villa Poggio Imperiale, the school is a UNESCO World Heritage site, built by the Medici family in the 15th century. Amenities such as fully equipped science labs, a large library, study rooms, and an athletic complex complement the school’s rich historical backdrop. Boarding Facilities – FEMALE ONLY

Day School – CO-EDUCATIONAL
For day students, the school is co-educational, and student will have the option of staying with host families in the local area.
